the torch is like new. Only the base is slightly rusted.

My first OSRAM lamp with 2000W and this oval shape.

Sorry for the bad picture - but to better pictures I have no time. And it's late ...

Nice one! 2kW: it just came to my mind that we have a very eager 2kW fan (Alexanat) on this forum who offers ridicilous amounts of money for 2kW HP mercury lamps.

It's either a nutty collector with too much money at hand or a scam artist who is not after these lamps but after your money. So don't be surprised if you are contacted by him and be on your guard.

Philips colour 27: best fluorescent tube colour.

Yes Sjef, I have seen Alexander's outrageous offers, he just seems too keen to be true.
What is it actually Rigo, A HQL-2000?
What sort of Phosphor does it use?
I always try to fill in an many if the database fields with each picture as I can.
I know that Philips made a HP-T 1000, that was the highest power rated clear tubular mercury of which I was aware, and I'm still looking for one. Have you ever seen a HP-T 2000, was one ever made?
When I saw the thumbnail of this, I thought it was an MAF/V 400 at first!

Manufactured articles should be made to be used, not made to be sold!

Osram had a HQA 2000W lamp. That is clear 2000W lamp. But I do not have this lamp!

I have only NARVA 1000W clear!

Yes it is rather frustrating not to have the whole set from one manufacturer!
