I got this lamp out of a basement fixture at my friend's house. There is a little end blackening. Note the bulb is not a perfect circle, but is instead sort of pear-shaped.

The fixture this was in also had a Westinghouse FC12T10, but that one was spent. This one had been pared up with that spent lamp for...possibly years.
