Would it be rather vertical than horizontal filament construction?

Pretty, please no more Chinese failure.

You are probably right- I don't know what reference point to use.

Anyone else agree that it should be changed to vertical?

The vertical capsule is to save space inside the outer. Horizontal capsule wont fit here.
There are two capsules that are in use in mains voltage double envelope halogen lamps: Double ended vertically mounted capsule, and a single ended with a U shaped filament bound around a bridge.
Horizontal and vertical filaments, are a subject only for the regular incandescent lamps.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

You can put this filament construction in vertical position that is axis to the base.

Pretty, please no more Chinese failure.
