Those are some thick input/output wires.
I'm guessing all together, this thing weighs more than 20lbs?

My 1000W MV ballast weighs in at just under 10kg, around 22lbs in proper measurements..!

This is because your ballast is a simple series choke and paintballer22 ballast is a CWA ballast, with an additional step-up transformer, which significantly increases the ballast weight.
Also: Notice that American "Ton" isn't the same as the metric ton.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

WOW! That's like 3 of my 175W Advance mercury/MH ballasts stacked on top of each other!

Don't be fooLED, T8 IS the worst thing to do to a magnetic T12 fixture.
