We have lights that look like that--"lollypop" lights that light the walkway into our transmitter building. They use 100W Inc lamps.

I had lots of these, i bought them from Epcor Power in Edmonton. they were 150 sodium. The board with the electronics that was the ignitor wasn't reliable, they gave me a box of replacement igniters to wrte in,and abandon the pc board igniter. Save yourself the return visit for warranty work and replace the igniter immediately after pulling it off the shelf.

I like these a lot and the GE and other versions.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.
