Duro test made some of the highest quality lamps ever produced. I wish they hadn't went belly up. I would love to get some of their UHO lamps.

More surface area for phosphers means more light output. Same principle as powergroove lamps.

Few months ago at a Value village, there was a plant growing rack for sale and it had 3 2xF20T12 fixtures and one of them had a pair of twistie bulbs like that, but they wouldn't let me buy just the bulbs so I had to leave them behind. I could not justify paying $40 for the rack just to get bulbs

Those F20 power twist lamps were about $22 each when they were being produced.

I'd believe it!

But I would not feel good dropping $40 for only two lamps and a rack I can't use, besides I'm sure a better set will show up at the restore one of these days for much cheaper
