Decent Home Depot HID & Outdoor Light Clearance 8/13/19

Decent Home Depot HID & Outdoor Light Clearance 8/13/19

Click to view full size image

These are in the Roswell, GA area, I know some other Home Depots have totally gotten rid of HPS and Metal Halide fixtures but I was surprised to walk in and find the last of the traditional bucked blasters still there today and heavily discounted. Also some LED Lithonia Lighting products marked down decently. This is the sad end to the traditional bucket look at Home Depot.

I'd take the wallpack...the rest they can keep, including the yardblaster junk.

Your mission - should you choose to accept it - is to save unique and rare HID lighting before it's all scrapped.

I never saw that kind of wallpack at any of the home depots I have been to...

It seems to be the most well made of all the fixtures I took pictures of, it was very heavy and seemed well-made

Not their gear that they use. Lithonia uses crappy gear like AccuPro and Caster.

Yep, that's why you dump it, and install something decent. (I'd do a 32W 41K CFL retrofit.)
