The Westinghouse Blackender looks like it's near EOL as the other end (of the tube, not the endcap) is black but it still starts up fine.

Very nice assortment! The Sylvania F40CW/SS should be mid to late '80s I believe. Philips-Westinghouse is a transitional lamp from January 1986, manufactured at the Salina, Kansas plant. The silver-ended Westinghouse is probably made on Norelco machinery, nothing actually Westinghouse about it, and appears to be from September 1984. Black-bakelite-ended Westinghouse probably '70s sometime. They typically blackened like crazy yet continued to work for many hours afterward. Stylehouse lamps look like...Sylvania in disguise?
