Daniel, it looks a lot like the USA 750w-1500w incandescent bulbs in shape and size! Some made in the 1930s also had a similar mogul skirted clamp base like yours, but they had an insulating vitrite glass collar between the base and the skirt, to electrically isolate the latter for safety.

You're welcome rjluna2. silverliner you're right! and found another similar brand called duro test. This could not give a date but it could be 1950s possibly. that is why it is very similar to the American model. but this is spanish. I'm sorry I can not give more data. It is tremendously difficult to achieve.
