I haven't had ONE of these actually burn out! Instead they incinerate the end and take the lampholder with it!!

Both of these are MAYBE, 2 or 2.5 months old. What gives?

Yeah, where I work is pretty dusty, We have 4 of these lights in my area and this happens probably 10-12 times a year. I hate these lights !

I recently replaced one of these fixtures with a 7000 lumen LED i got from Menards It seems as bright as the halogens but without all the heat. The only thing I don't like about it is it has the LED "flicker", A LOT ! It kinda feels like working under a strobe light !

If they wouldn't have replaced the MH hi-bays with those stupid T-8 "hi-bays" I wouldn't even need the Halogens!

I know this problem very well. It is absolutely important to keep the lampholder contacts clean to ensure a good contact!
