A very nice also lamp you have here. A good example for very earlyMercury lamps. There is just as small error in the description i sew, on the lamp is written in french Importé de Hollande, what means made in Holland. On the Importé is no d at the end;)

Really impressive Rigo, the arc tube seals look to be something special inside those metal tubes. Also strange that it seems to have two resistors in parallel, to feed the auxiliary electrode. Similar lamps that I saw to this have the date code written in indian ink on the stem. I can only see part of the marking in your photo, it is normally the first 4 digits that give the week of production according to the system detailed here.
