I love these - nice to see one close up. I’ve only ever seen one in use near me, privately owned, and it’s long gone now. I think fins look cool....on fish, cars and streetlights!

There are a couple 2700's in a parking lot behind an Arbys near me that i'm keeping my eye on (since A, the fixtures could get replaced with LEDs at some point if the owner wanted to. And B, the land this building is on is probably worth more than the building itself).

Old lighting is, and will always be, the best lighting.

All of the 700W mercury components had been removed, except for the capacitors; which had 700W mercury values. These things had been bastardized pretty badly.
