This was a nice find, a Philips pre heat ballast for 32W TL-E circular bulbs. It seems quite old, made in Holland and uses a older style of ballast case that you dont usually see. Maybe 50 or 60's vintage? It is really quite chunky and a lot fatter and shorter than modern ballasts, this would be hard to fit into most modern fixtures.
I payed 15kr for this, about $1,50.

Nice find! I don't know the age of it though.

Power provider: Southern California Edison (SCE)

-Date decoder of some US lamps 1960-present.
-Switch and receptacle collector.
-I'll save what I can! Smiley

This one is around beginning of 60s, because end 60's they printed directly the text on the ballast. Funny to see these, later on Philips stopped special production of these... Good find for this price!
