Christmas trees in the background of that (subway?) terminal pic and Christmas decoration light on that street light pole.
Do North Koreans celebrate Christmas?

I think Christmas may be tolerated there as a tradition (no Christian background).
Any idea about the lamp in the first picture? Too white for an incandescent.

Oops didn't catch that. It was suppose to say: It might be an LED. I don't want to turn to an LED, I rather be a mercury vapor.

In several of the pictures, there are lanterns that appears to be LED, based on their thin profile, and general design. the large lamp in the main pictures, looks also like LED lamp, despite its large size, because of the typical appearance of "half ball illuminated", which I've only see such a profile with LED lamps.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

You're probably right. I was also thinking whether the globe isn't an induction lamp but LED seems to be a more probable option.
Despite being an LED and the makeshift wiring, I quite like how it looks.

LED sounds like a prefered solution in NK. Power saving and cheap.

Made in Sweden
