The date of manufacture should be stamped on the ballast somewhere and also on the capacitor :https://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?album=5203&pos=40&pid=159325 my ITT 13 was made around May 9 1973 .

Go figure. I just packed these lights up in boxes with packing peanuts after taking these pictures today. Unless the dates are clearly visible I would rather not remove any screws inside the fixtures. I had screws break off in a few fixtures in the past and would hate for that to happen.

This particular light looks to have the stamping visible on the capacitor . It SHOULD have the date written as the year-week , (74-40 would be the 40th week of 1974 )

Too bad I just packed it up today. If I end up getting it back out I'll check for the date code.
