This is a remote ballsted fixture, I am pretty sure. A very ugly wannabe looking ov-50. But better looking than todays fixtures!

the reveres were copycats to the ov-25 and ov-50,bassically just with shorter necks and general electric style deep bowl difusers.

I don’t believe this Revere model is the remote ballasted version as it has the capacitor fin.

I agree with Memorex_Telex, there are a mixture of these and the ones without the fin ( ) in the same parking lot and all the poles have no place to put ballasts. Solid concrete base and only a hand hole at the bottom of the pole, way too small to get a ballast in let alone 3 !
