I found this NOS fixture at the ReStore in Urbandale, Iowa. This is a direct wire version of this fixture, and includes a Philips warm white F20T12 tube.

Nice! I found a two lamp version and it had the same Philips F20T12/WW lamps, but it was damaged so I just got the lamps.

Power provider: Southern California Edison (SCE)

-Date decoder of some US lamps 1960-present.
-Switch and receptacle collector.
-I'll save any vintage lamp! Smiley

A friend of mine used to have a pair of these (15w version) in his bathroom, on either side of the vanity.

Nice find. I always liked the Lampi fixtures.

Colored Fluorescent's such as F40T12 Red or  Green or Blue are awesome...
