Common failure of LED fixtures. I've seen similar failure mainly in LED panels: https://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-148046

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

In this case, the only working LED is running at (or close to) full power.

Old lighting is, and will always be, the best lighting.

I believe this is actually Leotek's second gen LED cobra model...the first gen has many reported problems and early EOL such as those installed in Detroit...however this model is supposed to be the updated improved model and this is very troubling to see as there are A LOT of those installed here.

That's awesome LOL. I only see these completely dead. One case that was different was Caltrans INSTALLED a half-dead one of these in 2016 and it still works!

They should replace it with something else instead of another GC1
Do you know how it went out?

Ahhhhhhhhh hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha hahaha hahahahaha
Look at this pathetic excuse for lighting revealing itself... it's a shame I'm almost two months late commenting.
It doesn't stop there folks... we've got more premature LED failures here too. 3 failed LED wall-packs on an abandoned building
behind my apartment complex, about 8, maybe even 9 failures at a speedway gas station in West Carrolton Ohio, including the main building interior
lighting that use to be HO fluorescent, with several of them dimmed, some of them out... and then across the street, PNC bank parking lot...
LED parking lot fixture with EOL flashing. That EOL flash combined with the EOL flash at Speedway... that stuff is pretty obvious. It's like an accidental LED disco.
I want to get this all on video.

Interests
1. Motorcycles, Women, and Lighting (especially fluorescent)
2. Weighting/staying extremely athletic
3. Severe Thunderstorms of all kinds
4. Food and drinks. So gimme them bbq ribs
Yep
Lighting has been a passion of mine since I was born. I consider everyone on LG to be a friend
