These are at the park down the street. There is about 10 poles with 2, 3 or 4 fixtures on them in random. These are actively maintained and recently had their covers replaced. They used to be old, dirty and one was even smashed.

In the summer these are used every week for baseball games.

Nice to see HID fixtures still getting the treatment they deserve.

Please check out my newly-updated website! McCann Lighting Company is where my street light collection is displayed in detail.

Hopefully these will remain for years here, it funny, I can tell when these are on at night because their light travels far, they light the treetops in my yard and i live a 6 minute walk down the street from the park

Are these really pulse start? 1kw PSMH is quite uncommon.

Any machine is a smoke machine if you operate it wrong enough.

I'm not 100% sure, but probe start seems to be increasingly unpopular here

Probe start 1000w and 1500w metal halides were exempt from the ban. They are still quite common in new installations since LEDs cant reach that intensity and brightness.
