It's been about 3 weeks since these were put up and about 5 of them are dead already.

Old lighting is, and will always be, the best lighting.

No surprise there!

Especially considering these are generic fixtures.

The current death count for these fixtures is 12 fixtures and counting.

There are labels on the lanterns, so you could capture it closeup and know what is the brand.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

I did that and i can't find anything about who makes them but i can find many sellers selling them under many names on websites like Ebay and Amazon.

Looks like generic like what we have here in Israel. Hotzot Hamifratz also have no-name LED lanterns, that replaced 250W HPS lanterns.

Now about 16 fixtures are dead.

I'm also seeing these fixtures pop up at another parking lot (this time replacing 180w SOX fixtures).

Old lighting is, and will always be, the best lighting.
