Nice street light! Lucky to get a matching Joslyn globe assembly with it. The three screws that hold the reflector on the hood are often "locked" and if you try too much pressure to take them out, the head breaks off. Not always but if it happens you would have to drill the broken screw(s) and use an ease out tool to back them out. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, depending on the types of metal that are fused. If you can do without taking the reflector off the hood, it might save you some heartache. If they come out relatively easy, put some thick grease back into the screw slot to prevent them from seizing later. FYI

Quick question, what is a reasonable price for this?

Why can't we just use led retrofit instead of replacing the whole fixture.

I have not seen the inside of the fixture where the socket is, if the reflector bolts DO come out easily, if the alzak finish inside the fixture is still shiny as new, and very important, is the glass without cracks or chips? Some people try to pry the aluminum ring that is the hinging mechanism off the glass and crack the refractor in doing so. It ruins the price of the fixture.
All those play into account.

At least the glass is in good condition

Why can't we just use led retrofit instead of replacing the whole fixture.

There are two answers with my dumb 2 cents, lol:

If you are a collector, it's worth whatever you want to pay, especially if it is rare.

If you are a seller, then you do research to see if you can sell it for more than you paid.

The more pristine and in the original carton, megabucks. The reflectors are becoming more scarce than the glass because people scrapped them and kept or sold the glass. I have watched crews in the 70's throw entire fixtures in a trailer. The dented reflectors are also a cause of loss of value. You can occasionally find a refractor that came off a hinged globe assembly and somebody had tried to pry the metal hinge ring off and the glass chipped. Sometimes they did not give up and did it two or three more times. Duh...
