This is the light in a tree, now removed. The tree had GROWN around the slipfitter! So, we had to cut it shorter. Any ideas for mounting?

That depends on how much slipfitter is still there.

Your mission - should you choose to accept it - is to save unique and rare HID lighting before it's all scrapped.

Are the bolt holes still there? If so, you can take a piece of aluminum flat bar and make a clamp for it. If not, then you can get a stainless steel 'U' bolt and go around the slipfitter and be able to attach it to 1-1/4" EMT.

That appears to be a Regent NH1204M.

Old lighting is, and will always be, the best lighting.

I love this style of fixture, we don't see them over here at all, so little chance of getting one without expensive shipping & customs costs
