I have pictured this one in Budapest.

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

Yes but it is even smaller.
Schr├ęder introduced already in 2005 a low budget lantern called Opalo 1 which was back then the first before Thorn and then Philips came along with their versions.

The Nano 1 and later the Nano 2 are made in Portugal for the European countries. Now the LED version of the Nano 2 is available for very small roads.
