One of the Semicom 10W LED tubes, at the bathroom of my hostel, half lit

I've noticed this today, when this LED tube flashed rapidly between full and half lit, than remained half lit.

Another premature LED failure. It's only a matter of time before that whole tube goes out, at this point.

1. Motorcycles, Women, and Lighting (especially fluorescent)
2. Weighting/staying extremely athletic
3. Severe Thunderstorms of all kinds
4. Food and drinks. So gimme them bbq ribs

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

Yep that's the picture I saw not too long ago. I did not know that less than a year later, you'd already be posting that it's failing.
