These turned out to be indirect postops, as the upper panel is only a mirror.
They are completely redundant, since the light from the ad signs and the road lanterns, were sufficient. Probably they put them as security lighting, so this area would be well illuminated at night, when all the business are closed, as this may be an attractive place for junkies, alcoholics, homeless peoples and criminals.

Btw. the light looks pretty warm (compared to windows in a building behind that look like 3000K higher CCT).

The lights in the windows are all 6500K. These postops all have the feeling that the blue content is too much, and causes eye strain. There isn't anything printed on the lanterns.

I"m don't speak english well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I hope that LED won't replace all forms of other light
