Its start xenon white than reaches mercury color and staying at it for some time, than SOX color than a new HPS color.

I think it is standard, since it don't start bright xenon and reaches mercury color after than, and takes long time to vaporize.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.
