Beside two generic CFLs that imported by Orot Amakim, I found this rare Holland made Philips PL Electronic-T 23W CFL.
This was the lamp that layed at the kitchen of my father former house, and lasted nearly forever (More than 10 years).

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

Nice one!! Strange thing: Made in Holland but not sold in Holland. I took one time a Philips Genie lamp lamp from Indonesia because of nice bright daylight colour!

Are you sure its not just the plastic cap contacts not making proper connection, the electrodes don't look blackened.
Try it in a different socket just in case, also make sure the contacts of the lamp are free from corrosion, try rubbing them with sand paper if they are.

That's a shame, will you keep it anyway, or take it to the lamp recycling box?

Get a plasma globe and try lighting it up that way Shame that a DAYLIGHT version of the parallel 3U Philips Electronic T lamp is gone EOL! I'd would have sold my blood to have one because the ones well what you see available are warm white and are hard to find (eBay)

I will give LEDisease a taste of my shoe

Or with a SON-T ballast like 250W or lower try to resurrect it for a short time ( remove CFL ballast if possible)

Tried to light it with the plasma globe without any success. There was only a dim glow from the argon gas. I think that the ballast of the lamp is dead.
I don't have HID ballasts.

I think that the ballast of this lamp is dead, and that why it don't work even if the filament is intact.

It might light on a 18/20w choke with a starter, if you separated the tubes from the base, to get to the electrode wires, or a 18w/26w PL-C or 21w T5 electronic ballast

Well well well, I picked up something very similar just recently... These are 20w and colour 830, but I'm sure from this the arrangement of tubes inside is the same!

Interesting integral polymer base, I have one here from the same Terneuzen plant (upside down "V" symbol") with an integral polymer B22 base. I will post it up.

GREAT to see you are starting a small collection dor! I am immensely pleased!

Manufactured articles should be made to be used, not made to be sold!

Where is that Chinese CFL you put up dor...it seems to have disappeared...and I just about nailed its plant location from the address you put at the bottom of the datasheet...any chance I can see that address again, somewhere in Fujian Provence!

One you had photographed up at the hospital...a tiny little thing....you said something about "shadow companies" and left a link to the manufacturer's web site...stating that "it actually exists"....it was in Fujian and I had nearly nailed it when my damn computer blue screened because I had so many tabs open...

Yes, that's the one, thanks so much....I could not find it in your gallery of pictures and thought you might have removed it for some reason.

This is the line of text I was after..."Zhenfeng Industrial Zone Xiangqian Town,Minhou County Fuzhou,Fujian 350112 China"

From this I have managed to refine the area of location of the plant to about one square kilometere rather than the whole of China.

I have a lot of Philips Branded CFL's here that I believe are from this same plant and I have been trying to locate it for a long time...they have the same green polymer insulation of the base contact, so this is why I suspect they might be from the same place.

It is notoriously difficult to nail the locations of Chinese plants, so any leads are valuable.

Unlike the Tadirans, this lamp has no real value at all....only the information from it is.
