Here I found this unusual decorative on the envelope flickering Neon light string at Merchants Festival's Target at East Cobb, Marietta, GA, USA last October (2016-10-29) adding to my unusual collection. It was on sale for US$ 12.00.

They are in parallel. Read the light description and you have the idea

I was thinking that 120 volts could be the voltage for the entire string.

It is similar to what I have this in my collection C7 Flicker Neon Light Bulb lit.
