Here you see a Vintage 1960's BLI (British Lighting Industries) AME-53172-T Leak Transformer Ballast for operating a 200 watt SLI/H "Linear" Low Pressure Sodium Lamp, sadly this Ballast has failed. which is a shame as I have 3 different 200 watt SLI/H "Linear" Sodium Lamps,

These are huge, heavy ballasts. If I remember correctly the casing is cast aluminium with the ballast potted inside.
