I found a bunch of electrical parts by the trash bin today and this was one of the things I found
I also found a Leviton NEMA 10-50R (Non-grounded Stove/Range outlet) but I gave that to my friend
Anyway I tested it and it works fine, this is an older one with the pigtails and not the screw terminals

I also found another one of these Byrant switchess

The stamp on the next line after "inspected" reads "01552 3403 1"

That looks like the early 80s Leviton logo on that inspection sticker.

Don't be fooLED, T8 IS the worst thing to do to a magnetic T12 fixture.

Are the load wires coming out of the back right corner?

The load wires are the two in the front that each go into separate holes in the device back, where as the line wires go into the same hole in the back right of the picture. The green ground wire also goes into its own hole on the device back
