It's an older version of Asea-Skandia Type 8403. In my notes it could be a possible Type 4923. If you wanna see more of these lanterns, check my gallery "Asea-Skandia Stolparmatur". And if you find any spanwire versions of these lanterns, or the Low Pressure Sodium versions (they are long shaped but have the same toggle clamps), I would love to have good quality photos. I have been searching of month on Google streetview. I remember them back from when I was a child in the 1980s.
