Not sure how this lamp will work out for you, since it depends on what gear is running it, but... I had 5 GE T8 lamps go EOL on me after a little less than a year of usage. 3 of them were the exact same as the one in this picture. (GE F15T8 Daylight) They all went EOL on my HPF Trigger Start ballasts. Also, I got those GE F15T8 Daylight lamps unused... they still ended up EOL within less than a year. The other 2 GE lamps were GE F15T8 Cool White lamps, but those ones were used previously before I owned them.
