We do not have to agree on anything to be kind to one another. The ability to be civil is available to everyone on earth, for free.

Anytime:) btw if you come across a Crompton MANOR LED GLS before I do, be nice to see a lit pic. It's meant to be glass throughout like a standard GLS.

Nice lamp there Philip found some nice items today at my local bootsale (Mellows Park) will put them up soon, can't wait to pick up a collection of oldies later in the week that I bought.

Interested in the history of electric lighting and incandescent in particular and neon glow lamps.

Hi Lampman, I recently had this Crompton 150W GLS that was installed in my computer room go EOL this year during June. It had been running since Feb 2015 and had a small retirement in late 2016 to mid 2017. Here's a pic of me taking it out in the trash in two pieces http://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?album=3310&pos=9&pid=134954

I will give LEDisease a taste of my shoe
