One of the old mercury light survivors. It was out a year or so a go, and I reported it and the local utility company put in a fresh mercury lamp.

Where was this located? A while back I reported a dim OV-25 remote ballast light and they put a new lamp in it. They also relamped a dimmed out M400R2 about a year ago. The difference in brightness a new lamp makes is amazing.

Any machine is a smoke machine if you operate it wrong enough.

This particular one IRC is at the 82nd Street ramps to I-35W. There's about a dozen mercury vapor streetlights left on traffic signals in Bloomington.
