I've measured the arc voltage on a T17 as around 60v; these are probably similar.

I like how these have a blueish color on the ends and also flicker slightly

T12/ t17 there's a reason they made heavy magnetic ballasts

-Date decoder of most US lamps 1960-present.

-Collects all types of lights.
