6 foot high output Bipin lamp??

6 foot high output Bipin lamp??

Can someone tell me what this is, I don't have a fixture or ballast to run it, it looks like a 6 foot lamp but it's Bipin and 100 watts?

It's tanning lamp sieve it does have UVA and UVB...it needs special ballast to operate this lamp and it's dangerous to see this lamp.

I just googled it! Osram Eversun L100W/79 "gentle tanning lamp for home use" This particular lamp is listed as "no longer available" and yes is says it does emit UVA & UVB and has a "useful life of 500-800 hours

I found it in wikipedia; it's 3600K @ CRI of 93...sorry for misunderstanding...
