I don't think these are T17s. The reflectors would be one-piece 5ft. These look like 4ft tandem reflectors for 8ft lamps.

I agree, those look 8-foot.

I like my lamps thick, my ballasts heavy, and my fixtures tough.

They look like they've got porcelain reflectors too, a big plus. Those things will never age as long as no one "man-handles" them and chips the porcelain coating off.

I think these are Benjamin Magna-Flo 96 fixtures (see pg 95). If they are they're vintage 8' slimline fixtures. One of my local Restores has them still in use. I have the preheat F40 version and I could recongiize the distinctive lampholders that Benjamin used. Both slimline and bipin versions used the same plunger lampholders.
