The lamp arctube is very blackened and if it is a phosphored mercury lamp, so the phosphor was degraded.
Also: Most digital camera sees mercury lamps greener than they are in reality.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

With clear lamps, a browned/yellowed refractor or bowl can make the lamp look greenish. The blue of the clear MV light mixes with the yellowish tones of the plastic, making a sickly lime green light that is really cool to see. I've done set-ups like that in my back yard. The CRI is next to nothing too LOL. Everyone looks like Shrek the Ogre.

Please check out my newly-updated website! McCann Lighting Company is where my street light collection is displayed in detail.
