Thanks ! neither can I ! As for the inside, its Hi-temp black as it was originally except for the slipfitter area which was originally silver. I assume the black was for heat control as only the upper portion is black , the inside of the door is all silver . My all original OV-50 is the same way !

The Landmark A/E 1K's are silver on the inside. I am taking the capacitor cap off one in the next few days and taking some photo shots. Been to busy to deal with them recently.

I don't know the rhyme or reason but all 4 of my M-1000's, both of my OV-50's and at least 1 of my M-400's have the inside of the upper housing black . The OV-50's even have the backside of the reflectors black ! All the rest of my fixtures are either grey or bare metal inside .

Strange. The ones that I have seen in the past I think were silver????? I tried to take a cap cover off one of the 1K's today but the stainless bolts/nuts are frozen. Hopefully the WD-40 will help ease them apart tomorrow.

There's a OV-50 reflector on eBay right now that's just silver on both sides like normal reflectors Again, I'd ASSUME is something to do with heat control but who knows !

Maybe. The M-400 clam shell I have with the cracked lens is something that I need to go forward with next. Outside edge of all the refractors that I have tried will not let the door close. Got one more to try.

Really good looking job. I’m so happy you had the time & effort to put into this really obscure streetlight.

Thanks Everyone ! I typically just clean everything very well and maybe give a coat or two of paint if necessary but this deserved a full nut and bolt restoration .
