Someone injected sodium into its arc tube. Or replaced the lamp with an HPS one.

Not a misoLEDist...

Probably depleted Mercury causing to glow with halides such as Sodium filling looking like medium pressure Sodium bulb. I have seen these really hammered MH which was running 24/7/365 like that.

Pretty, please no more Chinese failure.

Very rarely a defective metal halide lamp will blacken to the extent that a continuous film of tungsten is deposited over the inner arc tube surface, which forms a short circuit across the electrodes. If all conditions are favourable it then turns into an incandescent lamp and the coated arc tube starts glowing. That might be what is happening here. It is rare to have a sodium-rich metal halide lamp, because usually sodium is the first metal to disappear during life and it is usually mercury and thallium that are left behind, giving a blue-green colour.

I would imagine the ballast doesn't really like it when it happens...

Possibly a manufacturer defect of the lamp. Plus I had never seen this before. Usually I seen blacken arc tubes of metal halide lamps. But this is definitely a manufacturer defect.

The color looks exactly like that of HPS lamp.

I"m don't speak english well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I hope that LED won't replace all forms of other light

That is the second one I have seen in that store. The camera doesn't show it but it is dimmer than that.
