I have fund this Luma 25 watt traffic-signals light-bulbs.
i'am wondering what they have been used for?
they lights as much as an ordinary 15 watts incandescent, long service life?

I hope so, the box is in any case made in Sweden.

I think it is, the diameter of the glass is 45 mm.

They have been used for just that, traffic signals. You dont need a lot of light in this application, but you do need long life. These bulbs are long life and/ or RS lamps.
These have all been replaced by halogen lamps and LED's.

These lamps are actually NOT made in Sweden, all Luma lamps with the words "IMP." printed on them are imported as "IMP." stands for import.
You could upload a picture of the etch, that may help us find out who made them, i know Philips among other made lamps for Luma.
