No, I don't know. There is no any information about this type of lamps.
I think that it's a simple and not expensive capillary lamp with different gas filling.

I used high voltage low frequency converter based on ignition coil (flyback). Voltage approximately 6-8 kV, current is small, I think, no more than 10-20 mA.
