I've never seen a LED flashlight that uses a COB LED. They usually uses through holes or high power SMD LEDs.
COB LED usually consists of several dies.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

I bought the "Big Larry", by Nebo- looks to possibly be a very similar COB. Mine has two rows of chips inside, the second are red. It'll do bright, dim and flashing red. Useful for by the side of the street, the base has a strong magnet inside to hold it places. Good lamp, overall.
