Awesome find!!! Never seen that style of end cap before. Appears to be from August, 1945.

Preheat and T-12 fluorescents forever! Down with LED's and instant start T-8 fluorescents.

Then this would be the oldest fluorescent bulb in my collection. And it is still new. You don't see many 14 watt lights around. I used an F20 light and moved the sockets closer together as the ballast listed F14 as well.
