EOL F15T8 GE Daylight lamp (USA made)... Strange end blackening

EOL F15T8 GE Daylight lamp (USA made)... Strange end blackening

This is in lamp #5 out of 5 desk lamps on my 8 foot table.
This picture is a "MIRROR IMAGE" of what it should be. (flipped horizontically) I can't
flip it unfortunately. But anyways, this is now the 3rd lamp to go EOL out of the 7 indentical desk
lamps in my living room, which all use HPF trigger start ballasts. 4 of which are cold temp, including
this one and the one next to it. Anyways, this end blackening has been taking place and has
grown much like the classic "Black Tear Drop of Death." This isn't the shape of a tear drop like
most other other lamps. Same kind of end blackening is taking place in one of the other lamps
as well, even though it hasn't gotten to this point. The end turns pink from time to time with
the classic blue flashing. The black blob end blackening you see here was much smaller earlier
today.
Update: this lamp is currently EOL now, with this end completely blackened.
EOL was entertaining until the filament separated during cold cathode mode.
I will post a pic of how it looks as of now soon.

I forgot to add... all 3 of my USA made Daylight F15T8's, including this one, I bought off of Ebay on 5/20/2017.
These F15T8'S aren't holding up all too well.
