I got them at Menards. It's like a Lowes / Home Depot but mainly in the central part of the US.

Same, my Lowes does not have the blacklight one in, I imagine it will be like with the coloured ones, it just takes a few weeks for them to stock them in store for the first time

The colors were about $4 and the black light was about $10

How would I tell if they used phosphors? The blue, green, and black light used clear "filaments", the others had various shades of yellow.
