By request, a comparison of two different collar designs on the 2700K LEDs, I believe the narrower collar is newer. The specs:

Soft White:
Walmart Branded: Wide Collars, rated 6.5 watts, draws 6.5 watts,
"Premium" Sylvania branded: Wide Collars, rated 6.9 watts, draws 6.5 watts,
No "Premium" Sylvania: Narrow Collars, rated 6.9 watts, draws 7.2 watts.

Daylight: All have wide collars
Walmart Branded: Rated 6.5 Watts, draws 6.5 watts
"Premium" Sylvania branded: Rated 6.9 watts, draws 6.5 watts
No "Premium" Sylvania Rated 6.9 watts, draws 6.8 watts.

The not "Premium" Sylvania branded ones also behave a lot differently when being dimmed, they can be dimmed lower and do not flicker nearly as bad as the others.

Interesting.. So basically the non-premium Sylvania is better than the premium ?
Is there any noticeable difference in light quality/brightness between them?

Colored Fluorescent's such as F40T12 Red or  Green or Blue are awesome...

Thanks for showing. Sadly, I live in California and these are currently not sold here due to minimum CRI requirements being 90 here and Ledvance just imports California standard LEDs from China. Worse yet they're plastic junk. I didn't see any narrow plastic neck ones while in Florida though.

May all the great lighting technologies have their place in history.

The envelopes are glass and while some of the components are imported, these are made in American factories.
