Yep they did all the ceiling lights including the t5HO with 4100k "evolution" brand led tubes. But they left the fluorescent t5s still in the coolers and freezers but not the walk-ins. I'd have to say not bad I don't think there directional ether with no back shadow on fixture. I like the 4100 color to compared to the 5000ks

Hmm I wonder if my local walmart is doing that too... The coolers at the Walmarts here have always been LED though, since they only added frozen food sections to the stores here in the last 7 years or so (early LEDs, and they seem to handle OK too!). The open-coffin coolers for like the dairy and pre-packaged meat at my local WalMart used 5000K T8s like the ceiling lights though last time I was there. I did notice the WalMarts here all converted their parking lot lights to GE Evolves and they're all dim AF now.

My local walmart been LED from The start but they used indirectLighting it even worse to see in there. I can only shop there during the day
As those leds are worthless and skylight do
Much better lighting the store.

No LED gadgets, spins too slowly.  Gotta  love preheat and MV. let the lights keep my meter spinning.

At least this isnt that ugly setup where a fixture has two tubes and the next has one tube , then two then one

True. The Kmart style annoys me lol. Interestingly enough, the three walmarts in my area are all still t8 inside. All the parking lots have ge led shoeboxes though.

Personally I dont hate this. My wall mart has those alternating ones in the older part and these is the newer part. They used to be f96t12 and f48t12 slimline with GE 3500 lamps.

T12/ t17 there's a reason they made heavy magnetic ballasts
