These have a really nice warm white 3000K colour, and run up pretty quick too!
This exposure is dimmed down a lot so you can see the colour, but their very powerful lamps to see first hand.

What is the cooling down period of this lamp before hot restrike?

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

About the same as a normal halide, but the glow bottle in it flashes constantly while it cools!
Speaking to James, he said they have been tested to do this, and it has no early fail effect on the glow bottle contacts.

Current: UK 230V, 50Hz
Power provider: e.on energy
Street lighting in our town: Philips UniStreet LED

I'm guessed that the glow starter don't have a thermal cutout, as it inside the base. To have a cutout, the glow starter should be inside the outerbulb.
With an elliptical arctube, I expects that the hot restrike won't be longer than 3-5 mins, but with the glow starter always conntected, prolonged operation of it during a hot restrike, can wear it very fast. This is the main reason for the thermal cutout of the starter inside SON-I lamps and even the FEC ignitor of the EYE Ignitron HPS lamps.
