These look like yardblasters, so if they are HPS, they would be 70w as i don't think 150w HPS yardblasters existed.

Old lighting is, and will always be, the best lighting.

Actually, they do indeed exist...just very uncommon.

Well this is the first time i've heard of them, as the only ones i've ever seen are 80w MV, 175w MV, 70w HPS, 100w MH, & 150w MH.

They're not uncommon at all in some places. I see them a lot used near docks and cabins on lakes. I think it's because both Menards and Fleet Farm (another store in MN and surrounding states that sells lots of things ranging from clothing to farm equipment) sell them. At one point a 150w PSMH version was available as well, although I haven't seen any for sale recently. As far as I know, Home Depot doesn't sell them though.

Well, they were never common here, heck, the only ones that seemed to have caught on here is the 175w MV yardblaster and the 70w HPS yardblaster.

I think in the late 2000s most stores here sold three different kinds of yardlights. The 175w MV, a 150w HPS and a 70w HPS model. I believe a 100w HPS was sold at one time too.

The high wattage CFL and PSMH models never seemed to have been popular here.
